This is a discovery survey for any and all exterior building issues, including: roofing, stone, masonry, windows, doors, curtain walls, storefronts, waterproofing, etc. The area(s) of concern are drawn to scale, examined, and tested. Testing may include: core cuts, Delmhorst moisture probes, capacitance meters, laboratory analysis, absorption tests, and nuclear or infrared moisture detection. The finalized report provides: a thorough understanding of present conditions at suspect areas, recommendations for repairs or replacement, as well as detailed and accurate budgets. |
