This is the building owner's quality control mechanism. Our qualified field observers monitor the field work, either part-time or full-time. We attempt to ensure that proper materials are used, quality workmanship is maintained per the design intent; basically that our client gets the quality and value they deserve. Daily field reports are prepared, outlining the project status for the building owner. After the job is completed, punch list and final audits are performed in an attempt to ensure that the building owner gets what they paid for at the end of the project.
