This service encompasses complete project management, from designing the project to hiring the contractor. We prepare specifications and drawings to competitively bid the project among several qualified contractors. A pre-bid meeting is provided to review the design and address all the building owner's and bidders' concerns. Bid tabulation and recommendations are also provided to our clients. Finally, CRI reviews all contractor documentation, including insurance issues, and prepares the legal contract between the building owner and contractor.
